Information we process

When you or a turf business interacts with Bizzentra Play, we may process:

• Your WhatsApp phone number, used to identify your conversation and deliver booking updates.
• The content of messages exchanged with the WhatsApp number operated by Bizzentra Play, including booking requests, selections, and admin instructions.
• Booking information, such as selected sport, field, date, time, and duration.
• Payment-related information you submit to complete a booking deposit, such as a bKash transaction ID. We do not process card numbers, bKash PINs, or other payment credentials — you submit payment directly through bKash, and only the transaction reference is shared with us.
• Business information provided by a turf business using the product, such as field names, sports offered, pricing, and availability, used to operate that business’s bookings.

How we use this information

We use the information above to:

• Operate the WhatsApp booking conversation, including showing availability, pricing, and confirming bookings.
• Allow turf owners and admins to view, create, and manage bookings for their business.
• Verify submitted bKash transaction IDs against a booking deposit.
• Send booking status updates over WhatsApp.
• Maintain and improve the reliability and security of the service.

We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

How information is stored

Booking, messaging, and business information is stored in Bizzentra’s systems in order to operate the service — for example, to show a turf owner their current and upcoming bookings, and to confirm a customer’s booking status. Access to this information is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the information we process, including restricting access to systems that store booking and messaging data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Sharing with service providers

To provide the service, WhatsApp messages are sent and received through the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta processes message content and related metadata in order to deliver messages between Bizzentra Play and its users, subject to Meta’s own terms and privacy practices. We may also use infrastructure and service providers, such as hosting and messaging infrastructure, to operate the service. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain booking, messaging, and related information for as long as needed to operate the service for the relevant turf business and its customers, and as reasonably necessary to maintain accurate booking records. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed for these purposes, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

Your rights and requests

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to request deletion of your information, subject to any legitimate business or legal reasons we may need to retain it (for example, completing an existing booking). We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.

Children

Bizzentra Play is intended for use by turf businesses and their customers in a business context, and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the product changes. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
